業務助理 - Fintech Sales Assistant

Job Description

1. Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product/service/solution packages to clients/distributors/resellers
2. Managing the customer service, following up the customers' incoming calls and requirements
3. Assist with stock management, taking inventory of products and providing input in ordering stock
4. Evaluate customer requests for products, their desired price range and services, and applications they're looking for in products
5. Process sales orders and set up service plans for customers, collecting payment and setting up monthly payment schedules
6. Provide detailed information and comparisons on product details and maintenance, prices, warranties, and related products

Job Demand


1.Bachelor's degree or above in IT-related disciplines
2.Strong communication skills and coordination skills
3.Technical knowledge of programs or HPC equipment knowledge
4.Ability to meet goals, ability to work under pressure
